Nikola Tesla had the idea for a large data base to search for books and documents anywhere you are in the early 1900's. Way after Nikola Tesla, another man brought his vision to life. Tim Berners Lee is the man we have to thank for creating the internet in 1983 on January first. It was not just him alone, he had a company and team of researchers and programmers to aid him in this endeavor.  Although Tim Berners Lee brought the public version of the internet to reality, it was already a system in use by the US military in the 1960's. This helped the military strategically communicate and keep them selves off the easy to find radio waves in war.
