This is my canvas project. I wanted to create something that was the most ideal, easy, and perfect for the time of the year. I felt a turkey would be a great idea and seemed something i could accomplish in this challenging program. the colors are representative of the fall time for me back home in new jersey. the background was just a little extra flare I added to spice up the project because i felt it was lacking something interesting. The Program was very hard to understand so adding a background as instructed for a more creative piece was incredibly challenging. I believe that with the time I had to submit and resources available it was appropriate to use a background from a class example. I think the background fit in correctly and created a stronger piece for my skill level. 

My tag brush I chose to make mine look more professional and cleaner than the way it was shown in class because i know from making tags and spray art when i was younger that it is a big no no to let it drip. dripping paint means you don't have a good technique or much skill when spray painting. I chose to make mine more bold and bright to give it a fresh and clean look.   

  This is my Propoganda self portrait poster. I created this poster with a minimalist style and chose a youthful image of my self to connect to the wording I chose. My poster is about climate change. this my inspiration for my project below. I like the way I made mine super simple and sketch like. this was the way I wanted it to look so it did not draw attention away from the poster and its message.  and below this is the image i used of my self

 This was my logo for the project. I used my initials for the base of it. My favorite camera of mine to use is my super 8 video camera so I modeled the shape off that camera. I personally like a minimalist style so that is the way I chose to create this piece.  The super 8 video camera is arguably the most iconic camera ever made. it is replicated constantly but never imitated accurately. to show that I know and understand the camera through my logo shows that I would be a expert in video and camera recording. the Use of my initials showed that I really am in invested in the craft. 

  This is my calligram, I chose to use song lyrics for the words from the band Blair. The shape is a vase with flowers in it. I understand that I did not create this project accurately but i believe I still created a strong piece.  the combination of the lyrics and the image create an interesting combination in aesthetic in my opinion. 

 Photoshop tutorials https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFyOznL9UvA I chose this video becuase it is incredibly indepth yet understandable and easy to understand. the speaker was kind and casual and very easy to keep my attention. it talked about the tinterface a lot whch is very important to know. it showed how to work with images and manipulate the color vibrances, hues, and saturation.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAmSB5MQxOo this video skipped some of the basics but payed a lot of attention to some tricky things that are simple once learned. more specifically the color manipulation like the last video. the speaker was clear and specific and his instructions were very easy to follow.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IyR_uYsRdPs this video was the most indepth, most specific, and most thorough in teaching how to use the program. in its three hours it went over just about everything the program offers. it is a lot longer than most but it will give you in three hours more than you wil
